How to merge PDF files

  1. Drop your PDFs onto the box, or tap Choose PDF files.
  2. Use the arrows to put the files in the order you want. Tap ✕ to remove one.
  3. Tap Merge and download. The merged file is saved as merged.pdf.

Each file shows its page count, so you can check everything is there before you merge.

Why private merging matters

People often merge sensitive documents: ID copies, contracts, bank statements and job applications. Many online PDF tools upload your files to their servers to process them. This tool does the work on your device, so your documents are never sent anywhere.

Is there a limit on the number or size of files?

There's no fixed limit. Very large files depend on your device's memory, so a computer handles them better than a phone.

Why can't I merge a password-protected PDF?

Protected files can't be read without the password. Open the file in a PDF app, enter the password, and save a copy without protection, then add that copy.

Can I reorder pages inside a PDF?

This tool puts whole files in order. The pages inside each file stay in their original order.

Does it work on my phone?
